Postablur™ needed a VERY last minute booking the day before St. Patrick’s Day weekend 2018 for our SXSW event and iGotZuTalent really came through for us. We fully expected that there would be no talent available to book for that weekend with such a last minute request but they delivered! They also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied during and after our event. Stoli Vodka: We had our Stoli Cucumber Launches in April 2018 with that being said, I reached out to iGotZyouTalent to see if they could locate a BAs that could. We needed to be staffed for two different cities.  Dallas and San Antonio (New Braunfels). iGotZyouTalent succeeded in getting me 4 BAs to work the launch in New Braunfels and 2 BAs to work in Dallas. Firestone & Roberston Distilling Co.: Regarding Jonni-Renee Mahoney (iGotZyouTalent), two words that come to my mind are “work” and “ethic.” Jonni-Renee was our booking manager for various sampling events across multiple states. Jonni-Renee worked, at various times, after hours to ensure we were taken care of. Her organization, interpersonal communication skills, and general demeanor consistently allowed us to achieve high-quality events, yielding successful conversion rates for our business.
Continually, Jonni-Renee was simply kind and easy to work with. In my years of dealing with various sampling agencies, Jonni-Renee has now set the standard by which I measure new agencies/companies. It speaks volumes to her character as a manager and point of contact, that her sampling team looked to her for direction, insight, and wisdom. Couple that with her unwavering demand for creating an ethical, respectful environment for her team to work in and you have a recipe for impactful events and engagements. 
Occasionally, issues arose whereby a sampler was running late due to the multitude of issues that can potentially arise. Jonni-Renee was quick to apologize first and follow-up, more importantly, with a plan of attack to resolve the issue. It is the worst feeling to have a customer call you and tell you a sampler has yet to show up. In dealing with Jonni-Renee, this feeling was diminished greatly, if it ever occurred at all.
